As a massage therapist and yoga teacher trainer with 20 years of experience in teaching anatomy and physiology, Jonnie loves to understand our physical connection to our spirituality.
She began my career teaching bodywork in a massage college in Arizona. At this college, she had the honor of working in a cadaver lab as a teaching assistant. This experience unlocked a love of understanding emotional and spiritual energy and its effects on our body. As her studies continued Jonnie added yoga to her training and began leading a teacher training program while she went to school to become a pastor. She went on to lead and write many of the teacher training programs and disciple those who went through it. All the while facilitating and leading retreats were a part of that experience. Finally, adding group fitness to her resume put the cherry on top!
Cassidy grew up dancing her entire life and after college, she knew she had to find something to keep her moving. She came across a barre class and never looked back! A few years later in 2018, she became certified to teach barre. A year after that, she decided to continue to expand her knowledge and certifications and became certified to teach Yoga Sculpt. Currently, she is in the midst of her 200 hour yoga teacher training. To Cassidy movement is medicine and should be accessible to all bodies.
